Writing Thank You's...
or Not!
Here’s a creative alternative
that won’t provoke writer’s cramp.
Like you have time to fill out all those tedious and tiresome
thank you notes after your fabulous wedding!
Don't fret nor fear… there's a quick and easy solution.
And, you won't get writer's cramp!
People are infamous for giving wedding gifts in reference to
cooking and home decorating. Why not have a party as a thank
you and let them see exactly how you used their ideas?
Come on… admit it. How many times have you actually wondered
if the gifts you gave were appreciated, returned or ever used?
Friends and family are much the same.
Here's how it works:
Take the china settings, flatware and serving bowls and create
a delicious brunch.
Be sure to mention how much you enjoy using the plates (even
if they have panda bears in clown costumes on them). Next year
they'll be great in a yard sale!
This gives you a perfect opportunity to show off the new place,
wedding photos and even wall hangings you received as gifts.
You might need to plan more than one brunch to incorporate all
of those who were so kind in remembering you!
Tell them this is in regards to thank you notes and your love
and appreciation surely surpasses a sheet of paper.
Yes, there will be relatives from afar who just can't make it
to the shin-dig so a thank you dropped into the mail is still
the best idea. Check out lovemealways.com
