Always a Bridesmaid, Never a Bride…
the game of love!
How and where to find games for a bridal shower.

So, you’ve planned a gazillion bridal showers and it’s time to plan another.

You love doing it, but it’s a little difficult with your busy schedule — not to mention that you’re all “thought-out” of new ideas. You feel like you’ve played every game out there and you don’t want to bore your guests.

First of all, let me reassure you, if you do without the games no one will be upset!

If you go without, the key is to think a little more creatively — your guests (and bride) will love it! How about substituting the typical “living room” shower, with a trip to the spa, pedicures for everyone, renting a boat, time on the beach or lake, going to a local tea shop?

And you won’t even have to worry about cleaning up your house, before or after!

On the other hand, if you’re a traditional girl or don’t have the resources to plan a big activity, you may want to have some mixers at your shower.

If that’s the case, you can take one of three routes: free do-it-yourself games ideas, printable games or pre-made games:

Free Game Ideas. These will probably be the most personal, but will require a lot of extra time, creativity and cash — which you might not have, being the popular, social girl that you are!

But, if it’s a special friend and you want to give it a personal touch, do a search online for ideas. Also, you may want to get the book …The Best Bridal Shower Party Games (Party Games and Activities)

Printable Games. If you have less time but don’t want to break the bank, go for the printable games, but make sure you have the resources to execute (printer, etc). (Check out www.bridalshowergamesatoz.com).

Pre-made Games. As for the pre-made games, these are probably the simplest route to go for the busy career woman with a happenin’ social life — even though they might be the most expensive.

But if you’re trying to impress your guests, this will do the trick! Check these out:

If you tend to procrastinate, be sure to prepare time for delivery on these items.

And, don’t worry — soon your friends will be hosting a shower in your honor!
