one pan to prepare! Or try “The
Healthy College Cookbook” written by students and for students especially for the
inexperienced cook.
- Check out DreamDinners.com—meal prep that eliminates
menu planning, shopping, prep-work & clean-up. Preview

At the store, you’ll rotate through
recipe stations, scooping raw ingredients into the provided
pans or zip-top bags & label with cooking instructions.
After assembling, take the uncooked meals home and freeze
them. Each week, 3 meals are taken from the freezer and placed
in the refrigerator to be enjoyed during the week. |

Substitutions:
*Can be substituted with familyfun.com or aflashinthepan.com!
You don’t have to be Martha Stewart to put a good meal together! Sometimes
all you need is a box of Pasta Roni with some fresh vegetables
stirred in, or a can of Campbell’s Soup over a chicken breast.
Assembling a few store-bought items is much easier than starting
from scratch, so get in there and do your best!
You can do it!
